Orders can also be picked up at our abattoir location. Each Roast Box Includes a variety of 3-4lb roasts including Cross Rib, Sirloin Tip, Inside Round, Outside Round, Eye of Round and Blade. Note that all cuts come individually vac-packed. While we do not guarantee any specific cuts, we do guarantee that the package will be good value for your purchase. Boxes may also be ordered anywhere in Ontario but requires us to get a quote on shipping fees involved.
