With a 25lb box of beef order, you will receive free shipping to your home (delivery range from Bruce Mines to Sault Ste. Marie) or orders can also be picked up at our abattoir location. Each Variety Box Includes: 10lbs of Ground Beef 10lbs Grilling Steaks (ribeye, striploin, tenderloin, sirloin, flat iron, skirt, short rib, flank, bavette) 5lbs of Roasts (Chuck Roasts, Sirloin Roasts or Rump Roasts) Note that all cuts come individually vac-packed (ground beef in 1lb packs). While we do not guarantee any specific cuts, we do guarantee that the package will be good value for your purchase. A miniature version of the tenderloin, this muscle looks like a pork tenderloin in shape and size. It packs a punch of flavour as it comes out of the chuck primal. There are only two of these pieces per animal.
